D-ring assembly kit – for instrument cases

The D-ring mounting kit is designed for retrofitting or replacing mounting points on instrument cases. It is available in two versions: one with screws and one with rivets. Depending on the version, you will need a 4.2 mm drill bit, a Phillips screwdriver or riveting pliers, as well as a hot glue gun to attach the cover pads.

The dimensions of the D-ring are: internal width 26 mm, internal height 21.5 mm, diameter 4 mm; the D-ring is welded.
The dimensions of the mounting plate are: length 43 mm × width 19 mm × depth 7 mm, material thickness 1 mm, hole spacing 25 mm.

Version with screws:

1 x D-ring with retaining plate, nickel-plated
M4 screws in various lengths (2 x 12 mm, 2 x 16 mm, 2 x 18 mm)
2 x M4 self-locking nuts
2 x washers, 4.3 x 20 mm
