Information on payment methods
IMPORTANT: The following information about the payment methods provided by us serve as pure assistance, there is no claim to availability and completeness in this online shop. All legally binding information can be found under "Payment and Shipping".
For payment with PayPal, a PayPal account is required that’s linked either to your bank account or to your credit card.
Select "PayPal" in the checkout of the online shop, check your order and confirm it with the button „Order with obligation to pay ". You will then be redirected to the PayPal payment page. Log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
You can use your credit card for your purchase. The most popular credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express are supported, as well as Cartes Bancaires and CartaSi.
After you have clicked „Order with obligation to pay" in the online shop checkout, you will be redirected to the credit card payment page. There you enter your credit card details and confirm the payment. Your credit card will be charged immediately.
Payment with credit card is available from all countries.
Giropay is a secure payment method, that’s supported by 1500 German banks. It offers real time bank transfers through your German online banking.
After checking the order and confirming it by clicking the „Order with obligation to pay " button, you will be redirected to the Giropay payment page. There you select your bank and log in with your personal online banking credentials. Once logged in, you can check the amount and confirm the payment.
SOFORT Banking is brought to you by SOFORT/Klarna and offers secure payment by bank transfer from your bank account.
Bank accounts in these countries are supported: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Poland.
In the checkout of our online shop, select the "SOFORT Banking". After clicking „Order with obligation to pay “, you will be directed to SOFORT Banking. There you select the country and your bank. Now log in to your bank account with your login credentials and confirm the bank transfer.
The payment method "purchase on account" is provided by Klarna. It is available to customers from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Finland.
After clicking „Order with obligation to pay" in the checkout of the online shop, you will be redirected to the Klarna payment page. There you enter the required data and confirm the payment.
As soon as the ordered goods have been shipped, you will receive a payment request with Klarna's account details and the due date. The payment has to be made within 14 days.
Instalment purchase, provided by Klarna, is available to customers from Germany, Austria and Finland. The instalment plan can span up to 24 months with flexible or fixed instalments. The terms and conditions of Klarna apply.
This is how Klarna instalment purchase works:
- Select "instalment purchase" on the payment page of our online shop.
- As soon as you have confirmed the order with the button „Order with obligation to pay ", you will be redirected to Klarna.
- Klarna will ask you to open an account.
To do this, you must enter your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address.
- Klarna carries out a credit check.
- You choose an instalment plan and confirm it.
After the ordered goods have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Klarna with the payment link. You agree to all details of the instalment plan. The instalments will be deducted from your bank account as per the agreed term.
With the payment method "Money Order (Pay in advance)" you receive automatically with the order confirmation our account data by email. For products that are available within one week, please transfer the invoice amount immediately to our bank account. Shipping will take place right after receipt of the payment.
For products (e.g. cello cases) that have a longer delivery time, payment is due shortly before delivery. We will contact you personally by email.
Please indicate the order or invoice number as the payment reference in the bank transfer so that we can assign your payment correctly. This payment method is available worldwide.
If you want to pay with Apple Pay, you need an Apple account that contains your credit card details. Apple Pay can only be used on Apple Mac, iPhone, iPad and Watch.
